Question: How do I know if my online order has been successful?  

Answer: When you send an order through this KiddiTouch.com, we will reply to you with an email confirming everything. Please check that all the information is correct on this confirmation email.  


Question: I've received my order, but it's not suitable. How do I return it?  

Answer: We, at KiddiTouch.com are happy to refund/exchange any unused merchandise returned within 28 days of purchase upon production of your receipt, as long as they are returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging. 

This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or mis-described. Alternatively, if you have a large item to return and cannot get to a store please contact our Customer Service Team on (+44)020 8768 5628.  


Question: What do I do if I receive a toy that is faulty?  

Answer: We do have measures in place to prevent any errors with our toys, so I'm sorry this slipped through the net this time. 

If you feel you have purchased a faulty toy, we are happy to refund/exchange any unused merchandise returned within 28 days of purchase upon production of your receipt.
