Delivery Information

Kiddi Delivery
Time is between 5 to 7 days
on average.
We'll do our best to process your order as quickly as possible, usually we despatch your item within 5 to 7 days of you placing and paying for your order. However, in rare circumstances, we will dispatch your order within 15 days. If your order includes one or more items, we will normally despatch your items together. If there are likely to be any delays despatching your order, we'll let you know and advise you of the expected delivery time, and make sure you're happy to proceed. Delivery prices are based on packages up to 1kg. If you're ordering large or heavy items that total more that 1kg, the delivery charge will be made for each box sent. 
Occasionally, there may be delays in delivery caused by our suppliers, carriers or by any other third party, over which we have no control. Although we will always do our best to get your order to you quickly, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that it will reach you by a specific date

UK (including Northern Ireland) Delivery

All orders are charged at the rates ranging from £1.99. If your order is a large order, you may get a discount at our checkout. Orders are despatched via Parcelforce or Royal Mail. If your order is urgent, we can arrange next day or special delivery, please contact us and we will advise you of the cost for this service.

European Orders

We welcome orders from the rest of Europe. If you'd like to place an order from overseas then please contact us and we'll be happy to provide you with a quotation for delivery. Destinations outside the EU may be subject to import duty or other local taxes. These are not included in our prices and you will need to allow for paying any duties yourself.

Please note that special delivery options are available for KiddiTouch Business customers.

Cancellations and Returns

If you change your mind once you've placed an order, just let us know as soon as you can. Please check your items when they arrive. We pack everything carefully but if anything's been damaged on its way try to let us know as soon as you can. You're covered anyway - but we only have a limited time to let our carriers know if something's been damaged whilst in their care. We want you and your child to be completely happy with your purchase.
